This is achieved through the Concept Design for obtaining a location permit, or special construction conditions by relevant public companies, then through the Master plan required to obtain a building permit, concluded with the Building project for constructors which provides solutions of particular details in performance, which ultimately make each building unique and one of a kind.

With our constant associates, we provide our investors service of designing all the project documentation – construction projects with static calculation, electrical installation projects, water supply and drainage, mechanical installations, fire protection, occupational safety, landscaping projects, building physics, technical protection, as well as all the projects that are made by our permanent associates for geodesy and geomechanics.
