UPU Ikea Zagreb East x

The Urbanistic organization plan (UPU) Ikea Zagreb East provided spatial organization for the area between A3 highway (Bregana-Lipovac) and rural zone of the Rugvica Municipality as a surface for the construction of the IKEA business premises. The plan anticipated separation of building area for the construction from an existing settlement in the south with a green buffer zone with parks as a visual and natural barrier.

The co-worker – part of the expert team in the design of the plan as an employee of the Urbanistic Institute of Croatia.
